  • Prices: All prices displayed on the BrightSuri website are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices are correct at the time of publishing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
  • Sales and Promotions: From time to time, we offer sales, discounts, or promotional codes. These discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Please note that promotional codes are only valid for a limited time and are subject to availability. Terms and conditions for each promotion will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

2. Payment Methods

  • Gift Cards: BrightSuri gift cards, if available

All transactions are processed in USD, and the charge will appear on your statement from BrightSuri. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Order Confirmation

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order and an order number. Please review your order details carefully, as this serves as confirmation of your purchase. If there are any discrepancies or if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

5. Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all orders based on the applicable local laws in the shipping destination. The tax rate will be calculated during the checkout process and added to the total order amount.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes to it. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process a cancellation and refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our Returns Policy for a return.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you via email and provide the option to either backorder the item or cancel the order for a full refund. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or issue a refund.

8. Promotions and Discounts

  • Limited Time Offers: Sales or discounts that are advertised for a limited time will only be valid during the specified period. Once the promotion ends, regular pricing will apply.
  • Promo Codes: If you are using a promo code, ensure that it is applied during checkout. Promo codes cannot be applied to orders after they have been placed or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Gift Cards: If you have received a gift card, it can be redeemed at checkout. Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

9. Return and Refund Policy
