All payments are processed in USD (United States Dollars). When paying with a gift card, it must be redeemed in full during checkout. Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.

In some cases, your payment method may show a pending charge or “hold” when your order is processed. This is an authorization hold that ensures funds are available for the transaction. The hold typically expires within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that this is not a charge, and your payment will not be processed until your order is shipped.

9. Refunds

If you qualify for a refund, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds for returned items will only be processed once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved according to our Refund and Returns Policy.
