We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We are exploring options for international shipping and will update our policy as we expand our services.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, depending on product availability. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delays: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a delay in processing your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery after shipment (available for select items).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and the shipping carrier. BrightSuri is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs

- P.O. Boxes: Some shipping methods may not be available for P.O. Box addresses. Please check available shipping options during checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@brightsuri.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and resolving the issue. BrightSuri is not responsible for lost or damaged items once the package has been delivered to the carrier, but we will work with you to address the situation.
9. Signature Requirements
In some cases, shipments may require a signature upon delivery, especially for high-value orders. If a signature is required, the carrier will make multiple delivery attempts. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, you may need to arrange for redelivery or pickup at a nearby location.
10. Shipping Notifications
