2. Non-Returnable Items

- Sale or Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance event are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- Personalized Items: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.
- Hygiene Items: Items such as underwear, socks, or swimwear cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
3. How to Return an Item

Please note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment.
- Refund Timing: Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
5. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct size/color in a timely manner.
